Synthesis and Structure Determination of 1-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-N’-(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbohydrazide

چکیده
A reaction of equimolar equivalents 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbohydrazide (1) and indoline-2,3-dione (2) in boiling ethanol for 4 h under acidic conditions gave 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-N’-(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbohydrazide (3) 88% yield. The structure 3 was ascertained by NMR spectroscopy single-crystal X-ray diffraction.

The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 72.26 (5)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked via C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds into chains propagating along the b axis. A short O⋯C contact of 2.9972 (13) Å is observed.

The dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 6.68 (5)°. In the crystal, C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into chains running parallel to the a axis.
